Facade cleaning
Approximately 90% of all facade contamination is caused by algae and fungal growth.
Contamination on facades is mainly caused by the growth of algae and fungi.
Algae are among the oldest life forms on Earth and are found virtually everywhere. To grow, they need only water and light – allowing them to thrive almost anywhere. While they often go unnoticed on rocks or trees, they become all the more visible when they appear on our own facades.
Once established, algae and fungi spread relentlessly until they cover the entire facade.
At that point, even the most beautiful facade starts to look unattractive. However, if the infestation is caught early, the plaster and paint are usually still in good condition – making an expensive repaint unnecessary.
Our specially developed cleaning process is suitable for most types of contamination on plaster, ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), fiber cement (Eternit), and natural stone facades.
A final treatment with our long-term protection ensures the cleaning results last.
This facade protection adheres to the surface, penetrates deep into the pores, and provides long-lasting resistance against algae and fungal growth. Specially developed hydrophobic agents are also used to enhance the protective effect.
This cleaning method is the result of over 13 years of continuous development. From the equipment to the cleaning solutions, every component is precisely coordinated for maximum efficiency.
